This is the second time we've ordered from this company in December 2024 and this year May 2026. The order was scheduled to be delivered Saturday May 9th. Due to Federal Exspress the order was delayed and wasn't going to arrive until after the graduation on May 11, after 1 p.m. after graduation 2 hours away from where the graduation was located. After speaking to Lei company, she couldn't do anything about it other then suggest we should've gotten insurance, however that wouldn't have the flowers delivered for my daughters graduation. We called Fed Exspress and for a large fee they could possibly intercept the flowers on the plane but they couldn't guarantee that. I left a message with the lei company about having them make a new leis for the convocation ceremony the following Friday and no one replied to this request . Sadly enough my daughter didn't have her leis on graduation day May 11, 9:00 a.m. We received a message from Fed Ex stating that the leis will be delivered Monday, May 11, 2026 at 1 p.m. at a Dollar Store? other than our home address, within our community , a Dollar Store? It should've been delivered to our house. On our way home we stopped off at the dollar store, the flowers weren't even in a refrigerated area, we opened the leis up, the first lei was rotting , it was the tea leaf we needed to throw it away. The other beautiful lei appeared to be in good order, which we handled with care and put in back in the refrigerator and was able to use it for her convocation on Friday, May 15th. So that was a great surprise we could do that. I wish someone would've contacted me, the previous employee I spoke with regarding the shipment being late didn't even apologize. My previous experience with this company is great, customer service etc, 2nd time not so much. I believe they did there part quite well in getting the order made, unfortunately Fed Ex let them and my daughter down. I believe this is a Fed Ex problem, we also tried to order from a local company where the university is located and they were having difficulties getting flowers from Hawaii as well , so they weren't able to fulfill orders as well. I believe economy and gas prices are making fed ex not fulfilling deliveries. There wasn't a weather conditions preventing the order from being delayed. My suggestion is to order flowers at least 5 day in advance, follow instructions for keeping them fresh and put them in the refrigerator.
