Refund policy
Once orders have been shipped/picked up, we do not accept returns. When our third-party shipping carriers receive your package, we do not have control over the product.
We do ensure that your product is carefully packed and shipped fresh from our facility.
-We are not liable for unexpected delays, heat damage, overall damages, and losses due to weather, location inaccessibility, or acts of God when that package is in custody of the shipping carrier.
-Supplemental shipping insurance and insulated packaging can purchased to cover variables that may occur in transit. Please select appropriate shipping methods and speeds as recommended with each product.
-Your happiness is our #1 priority. If your package arrives damaged please email us a photo of the damaged box and the item, within 24 hours and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Delays, Package Theft, and Loss: Damage due to shipping delays, package theft, or loss are not covered by Hawaii Lei Stand or its affiliates. However, we are committed to assisting our customers in good faith. We take special care to inform customers prior to purchase of potential delays and make no guarantee of the requested delivery date. In good faith, we can assist the customer in filing a third-party claim with the shipping vendor, but reimbursement from the shipping partner is not guaranteed.
Shipping partners typically cap their liability to $100 for damages due to loss and delay. To provide additional coverage, supplemental shipping insurance is offered by Hawaii Lei Stand. This insurance covers delayed delivery, damage due to shipping delays, damage due to temperature fluctuations, package loss, and package theft.
