I understand that deliveries can be delayed for various reasons. When I purchase something that is very expensive and give a need by date and that date is not met then I think the shipper should reimburse me for the shipping (which they did) but also at least half the value of the purchase price. I was not able to use the product on the date I needed it, there was no other reason to use it, so the purchase was pointless.
