The Haku Lei I ordered was for my Granddaughter's birthday, and it was delivered on time and she absolutely loved it! Product was beautiful, but disappointed it was a bit wilted. Overnight Delivery was scheduled for a Saturday arrival, but didn’t arrive until Monday. Product arrived at Fed Ex hub in Memphis TN on Saturday at 6:09 PM. The product sat there until Monday morning when it continued its journey for delivery destination.

Absolutely satisfied.
